So far, very pleased. Extremely easy to get set-up and Kristina was immensely helpful in answering our questions. 2 years later, and agree with above. If anything we're to happen with our children needing the stored materials, I will update with a review of that process.

We found out about cord blood saving last minute as it could possibly help my grandpa who had recently been diagnosed with leukemia and I was 36 weeks pregnant. Since it was so last minute they were so accommodating with all our questions and even expedited our package to us. We worked with Derek and he was amazing! He was always willing to take our questions and even at crazy hours. The process of getting it pickup up was also extremely easy. I would highly recommend them.
My husband and I had a fabulous experience with Americord. Annia our agent made the process seamless and was easily able to answer all of our questions. Looking forward to having our little boy soon and having a wonderful company to work with for banking.
