Great attitude inside and out. A young lady,Ms Ebony came out and politely told me I left my lock on my trailer. As kind as she was she got my keys unlocked the trailer and brought my keys back I was there less than an hour to unload awesome

The driver customer service representative had a very bad and disrespectful attitude. Her tone of voice was uncalled for. If I didn't know any better the way she was coming off was as if we had a unresolved problem and she felt as if she needed to get some steam off her chest. Bad day or not she still shouldn't have that type of energy towards anyone. That not only makes her but it also makes the company look bad because of an employee's terrible behavior.
Neglected to tell me that they needed an empty to load while I had a fueled and washout out one I was sitting on waiting for this drop n hook that obviously turned into a live load at 4 pm that had a drop n hook appointment for 1 pm or earlier.Then after I brought them the empty trailer, fueled, washed out, pre-cooled and unhooked in the 300 lot, it sat there for over an hour instead of having me put it in a door to be loaded They do not respect our DOT clocks at all.
