Good place until….. well I got there at 8:49am my appointment was at 9:30am. Being patient I called at 11:02 am all the truck after me where gone. The lady said I was nexted, hour later 12:03pm not loaded not touched. Called again the lady gave me an attitude that my paper where give off to someone and they where probably gone to lunch. WHAT… so when I let them know I wasn’t company and if they had a supervisor or someone to sign my stamp it would be great. Not even 5 mins later some came airlock me and started loading me. Good staff. Loaded 1hr before appointment. Clean washroom. Overnight parking. Reefer No need pre cooling .
