This is one of the best pickup I have ever had. Ms. Conchita in customer service is wonderful the best attitude I've seen in a long time. She very professional and kind. We need people like her in customer service. Mr. Fred my loader is kind and professional quick in loading, the trip was great.
This place is awful. Got here early for my appointment no big deal to wait till my appointment time. An hour and a half past my appointment time they still don’t have my load pulled said another 30 minutes and I’m the only truck sitting here. What’s the point of an appointment if you can’t pull properly and load properly? Maybe you should cut back on how many times the employees come out to smoke and talk on their phones and you could be on schedule.
Becarful coming here. Follow route that I have uploaded. Lots of restrictions and a high railroad track if you come through Mc Innis loop. i59 to exit 60, go north/east on us11, go to wsf Tatum blvd and go right(east), go to bonhomie rd and make a left(north), then go straight to truck entrance on left.
Americold in Hattiesburg has good services. They have an amazing crew. Jessi and Conchita in customer service is great. Katrina does great services in loading my truck.
