Live load easy in and out in hours staff is nice people
Drop and hook, bridge violation, 3 reworks, 90 miles total wasted going to and from scales, 5 hrs wasted.
Terrible company. Drop & hook means nothing. You'll still have to do a live load. There definition of drop & hook is you dropping your trailer to a door. Then wait for them to load it. & they're not going to call you to let you know that the load is ready. Yup. & It's going to take them hours to load the trailer. While you're burning fuel with the Reefer on. I don't recommend picking up or taking loads to this place. Not worth it. The staff was excellent & professional. It's not there fault. 7 o'clock appointment arrived 15 minutes early for drop and hook load not ready depart almost 11pm but they clock me in 1hr late arrival 7:45pm their explanation computer problem my explanation they don't want to pay detention
