Unloaded pretty quick, had a 12 but in reality a 1pm. Checked in at 11 and was done by 12:30. Office is by dock 5.
Second delivery wasn't much different, this time is took almost 1 hour just to check in.. takes me less to get thru airport security. Terrible. Terrible place, the dude in the office has a girl attitude and doesn't know how to do his job in a timely manner. 7 hours spent at the place.
Very good pickup time 1 hour only overnight parking available
I was there early of my appointment, checked in with shipping/ receiving office and got dock and got loaded quickly.
I think you should change the shipping receiving guy he is very slow every time 5 6 people in the waiting area . Loading very fast with in 30 minutes. For check out still on the line almost 35 minutes .please change him or please put some chairs
