Always a drop and hook here. Plenty of space and nice people. The check-in process can be slow depending who is there.
Front desk receiptionist was rude and desrespectful shipping and recieving I asked for instructions on where to park they didnt look at me totally ignored me. Picking up a shipment would be better for drivers if they had informative professional staff workers. If you dont like your job. leave the job! This is how she stared at the computer while drivers stand in the lobby without every greeting them or anything.
Not sure how long it takes for a live load as I got here again to do a drop and hook. There is overnight parking and the shipping and receiving office is between docks 5 and 6 as you come in through the main entrance Hang a left and park where the other trucks are on the left and walk inside. They ask you to drop a clean trailer, full of fuel, to the back right side of the facility,close to the pond. The loaded trailer will be in the lot right next to it.
