I checked in the night before my pickup basically 24 hours before they couldn't do it then but I was told to come back at 9:00 a.m. came back the next morning at 9:00 a.m. they staged me four door never got loaded or finished getting loaded until 10:30 that night and the reasons I was told was so that Twilight would have something to do hopefully I don't have to go back
This place is 1 of worst places to deliver I checked in 1130 AM for a 1530 appointment checked back at 1645 was told 2 or 3 trucks ahead of me
Great service appt was 1pm came here 10 am and 11 am loaded very fast
Thank you for allowing me to check in earlier and make it possible for me to arrive to my family in time for the Holidays ! Merry Christmas to you all and Happy Holidays! My appointment was scheduled for Friday 8PM , checked in at 11:30AM out at 13:00 PM , very nice people working at this facility
