They took 4 hours to unload the trailer my appointment was 9:30 i was 20 minutes early in the warehouse. Very lazy in unloading no coordination in the warehouse employees not a good experience
One of the best AMC's in US. I mean this guys are just awesome. It takes 1-2 hrs to unload/load. The beauty is I came here last night 10pm for 7am -del and 10am -pick. Overnight parking. Unloaded/ loaded, sleep in staging lot, morning out. Just can't ask for more. Than You!
I was pleasantly surprised how quick they were . Being that Americold has a bad reputation nationwide.
My appointment was at 11 AM. I checked in at 10:30. Right away they told me to open the doors and slide the tandems back. At 11:30 they gave me a dock, I backed in, doors open, and it was hot outside — it was impossible to maintain the required temperature for loading. At 1 PM the supervisor came and refused to load me, saying I needed to cool down the trailer.
