Absolutely picture perfect Shipper with above and beyond experience -all because of a shipping employee Jonathan! We called the afternoon before an 0900 appt the next morning because we had a live load but saw in our dispatch notes that it’s a D&H on weekends. Jonathan told us that the load would be ready that evening and they would notify our dispatch of the trailer number and leave the paperwork in the front of the trailer. Office shipping staff took care of check in and paperwork quickly , yard drivers very cool helped me when my reefer threw a code. Hope to be back one day! Had a good experience loading.
Wow an Amazing place to deliver. Respectful friendly staff. The dock workers, the shipping amd receiving counter folks, and even the yard people are all really great. If Nation's had these people at Americold running things ... all I can say is things that needed to get done would and even mattersthat aren'tpressing. Why? Because they must work great together for everyone, including the driver's. Thank you all 🫶, the world is a better place because you're in it
