Absolutely picture perfect Shipper with above and beyond experience -all because of a shipping employee Jonathan! We called the afternoon before an 0900 appt the next morning because we had a live load but saw in our dispatch notes that it’s a D&H on weekends. Jonathan told us that the load would be ready that evening and they would notify our dispatch of the trailer number and leave the paperwork in the front of the trailer.
