They will charge you for late fee and it’s not a set amount. it depending on the customer that shipped the load. I was driving all night, I got here at 3:00 am. No one was in the office so I went back to the truck and I somehow fall a sleep and end up waking up past my appointment. I paid the late fee & after 5 hours I got a door, it also took them 1 hour for someone to come and cut the seal. Loading and probably unloading is quick. Paper work is the worst

This place sucks I've been here since yesterday 06 25 20 at 1700 yesterday afternoon still sitting here it is 3:26 in the afternoon it ain't even got in the door yet to get loaded I give it a rating of zero but it makes you give at least one star
