They will charge you for late fee and it’s not a set amount. it depending on the customer that shipped the load. I was driving all night, I got here at 3:00 am. No one was in the office so I went back to the truck and I somehow fall a sleep and end up waking up past my appointment. I paid the late fee & after 5 hours I got a door, it also took them 1 hour for someone to come and cut the seal. 03:00 aptmnt, checked in 02:45. Immedite door, plenty of room to navigate, out by 03:30. Allowed me to park for 10 hrs break. Terrific!
This is by far the worst place to pick up a load….The waiting area smells like a cesspool. The receiving dpt employees are rude as hell. And I’ve waited 7hrs b4 I was even assigned a door. Do not come to this place.
This place sucks I've been here since yesterday 06 25 20 at 1700 yesterday afternoon still sitting here it is 3:26 in the afternoon it ain't even got in the door yet to get loaded I give it a rating of zero but it makes you give at least one star
