Always liked going here. Everyone was really nice and friendly. As long as your temp is correct they will load you quick. Once I had a unit that wasn't cooling like I would like but it finally got down to the required temperature after a bit of a wait.
For picking up, Make sure you know correct temp to precool refer. Mine was supposed to be -10 and at least 0 before they would load. I also needed to have 4 load locks, which I did. If you are right on time and not precooled, you may sit for a long time. Better to be early to be sure. Also, as was stated before, park on street next to Americold building to check in. Very friendly and efficient. Appointment was 11 am had me in a door by 8 and out by 9. Great place.
