Worst experience ever. They load you over and then force u to take it. Then if u ask to adjust it, they ask you to wait till next morning 7 am and will take 5 hours to remove one pallet. That is what happened with me.
Great experience. Showed up 7 hours early .They loaded me in 2 hour. by the way they load by appointment but i was lucky They do have a few overnight parking spots.. From the girls in the office and my loader It was one of the best experiences.
2hours got loaded. They close at 11pm
loaded me 4 hrs +, and final - 1000lb overweght. come back to location for fix this problem, but they guys speak angry with me, like it's myself problem....I'm lost extra 2hrs for restaking and rescaling
