Friendly people but slow loading.
Charge you 125.30 for late pickup. They will not load you until its been paid as well. (Even if the late pickup is because of tire issues or issues on their own behalf) Do not do business with companies that don't respect the industry and drivers. Disgusting.
Front office staff very nice. Slowest unloading imaginable. One skid every 20 minutes or so. So far been sitting for 5 hours. They are not half done. Lazy dock staff. Slower than union if that is possible.🥴
The most important thing is.. don’t come in when gates are closed because you are in a residential area (busy).. there is no safe place to turn around and you cannot back up due to traffic so you will be stuck sitting at the gate until they open them at 0600. It’s very nice once you are inside. Spacious even. People are very accommodating and friendly.
