As slow as it gets, typical Americold. Dragging their feet so they wouldn't load a truck sooner than what their Union told them to do. I'm giving an extra star for friendly staff.
Easy check-in. Docks 29 to 31 are open air and around the back. On a Sunday things are rather slow and quiet. After the week I've had this is actually a welcome relief. I wouldnt mind returning.
I think they were having an off day today. Arrived by 0730 for my 0800 appointment, assigned a dock immediately, started loading at 1240 and didn't get out until 1500. It took 7 hours to do a job that should have taken 45 minutes. Professional, courteous office staff would have earned 5 stars, slow warehouse staff earned -1, average = 2 stars.
POOR MANAGEMENT TAKES A LONG TIME TO GET LOADED 2 star because the worker are nice
Been here since 2:30 it is 7 now and they haven’t even started. The driver next to me has been here since 12 and they haven’t started his load yet. Out of 20 doors and only 3 live loads here you would think they could get you unloaded in a reasonable time. Been coming here for 4 years and it’s always the same. The ladies in the office are nice but that’s it. Don’t book a load here…..
