Amazing place — absolutely fantastic. My appointment was at 12:30 PM, but I arrived at 7 AM. They gave me a door right away and started loading immediately. They finished at 11 AM. The loading took quite a bit of time and was a bit slow, but the loader actually came over and apologized for the delay. I told him it’s not a problem at all. This is awesome — even with the delay, I was loaded an hour, hour and a half earlier than my appointment time. That’s great. Truly an amazing place
Office staff - 5 Plant accessibility - 3 Manouverablity - 1 Unload efficiently - 2 Decent place. Manouverablity is extremely tight. Slow response time by warehouse staff. Office staff is perfect - polite, friendly, helpful.
It’s the only Americold I like to work with. They take you in sooner than the appointment, extremely friendly staff. The only 2 negative thing is that there’s no overnight parking (but there’s a Jackson 1 mile away) and for rookies it’s tight to back at the dock. In the end for me most important it’s not to waist a lot of time to pickup or to deliver. I pickup many times from this place and every time went great, just don’t be late (it’s a late fee). I don’t know how they work with delivery.
