Very unprofessional. Clearly only care for the money and don’t mind throwing customers under the bus just for their benefit. Don’t even consider them.
Worst mistake was to allow them to “help” me with my debts. DONT FALL. They screw you over just so they can get more money. -1/10. They never do what they say and allow dead lines to end so they actually do their job. Not to mention it’s a pain to get in contact with the right person and keep on treating customers like they are not there to help but to screw them over. Do not allow them to work for you. God bless.
