Don't buy any products from this company. If you need anything from them you will wait on hold forever then they have a message that they will call you back. Worst customer service from an annuity company ever. Please double your work force immediately.

Americo is deceptive and undoubtedly unprofessional. I had an agent, Chris Styles, call me about life insurance for my husband but ended up pressuring me into an IUL policy. After researching the product, I canceled the policy the very next day, which was April 22, 2025. I had spoken with Pamela in customer service, and she assured me that the policy would be canceled. Please do not purchase the policy for the funeral expenses. I purchased one for my mom and when she passed away they found a loop hold to not pay! The adjuster had zero people skills and this was the worse experience ever..

Beware of this company. Do not purchase any of their policies for burial exoenses. I purchase a policy for my mother and after her passing they found a loop hole to deny our claim. The process was horrible and the adjuster had zero customer service skills. I truly hope no one experiences what we went through.
