Water Out did a great job sending Dorian to take a closer look at our water leak problem. With state of the art moisture detection equipment, and with a thermal imaging device, he was able to provide my wife and I accurate information we could use to move forward with. The sump pump in my finished basement failed, causing water to quickly accumulate. I contacted Water Out and within 15 minutes I received a call from Chad. He was at the house with his crew within 30 minutes and began extracting the standing water and drying out the affected areas. His team was professional, efficient and exceeded my expectations.
