Here’s another great review for Tristan and Duct Crew - a good experience all around. Reasonable pricing.
We had no complaints at first. Tristen turned the furnace off directly from the furnace, not from the thermostat. He had to reset our thermostat before leaving. But we soon realized he never turned the furnace back on. We can't reach him. The phone # on the text goes to the business which is closed now. We left a message that we need him to return immediately and turn the furnace back on. Useless. We can see we won't get a response till tomorrow.
