Shuttle service is horrible.
Really shitty shuttle service!!! We have been waiting for nearly 2 hours and we still have to be picked up due to the amount of people!!! The round before the driver even throw out of the van the suitcase of one customer!!! Edit: after more than two hours, the driver refused to pick us up, claiming the hotel was full (despite us having a reservation from Lufthansa). Hope business like this will be shut down...
Horrible! Don't use! I've been waiting over an hour for them to pick me up at airport. They were also late for pick up to the airport. They only have 1 shuttle running back and forth. Not worth it! Use another service! I usually use park dia and they are good
I waited for 3 hours for a shuttle, till I had to get a taxi to arrive at the hotel.
Jason Osborne kayson did an amazing job at picking me up & shuttling back to the AmericInn. The ease & smooth transit was worth the park n fly option. 👏
