Upon arriving at DIA, we called for the shuttle. When we arrived at our pickup, we waited over an hour. I called multiple times and was told the driver would be there in 5 minutes. By the time we got picked up, the driver blamed it on traffic. The other drivers I spoke to while waiting, didn't say anything about a traffic issue. He should blamed in on the snow, because there was some flakes in the air.

Reservamos para 10 días el estacionamiento y todo bien al llegar, el shuttle nos dejó en el aeropuerto muy amable, pero cuando regresamos la camioneta estaba abierta la puerta, forzaron la puerta para abrirla y se robaron las herramientas que traíamos dentro, nadie se dio cuenta según ellos, ni siquiera escucharon la alarma, dijeron que firmamos al Llegar que ellos no se hacen responsables de ningún robo parcial o total del los vehículos, entonces para que pagamos!!! NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTE LUGAR, ni siquiera la policía... read more

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!! WORST SERVICE EVER!! EXPECT TO BE WAITING AT THE LEAST 2 HOURS FOR THE SHUTTLE EVEN WHEN YOU BOOK ONLINE. TRIED CALLING MULTIPLE TIMES NO ANSWER.
