This place was so clean and the staff exceptional. We felt like we were part of the family. You could tell that they cared about their guest and the hotel. I witnessed several times management out greeting guest, picking up the parking lot area and offering activities to do inside since the area was in a horrible storm

Don’t stay here. We stayed for 3 nights, and from the start there were problems. The room was dirty with food and grime on the countertops. The pool is dirty with broken chaise lounges and towels that are so rough that they can tear off skin. The common areas are not cleaned routinely, with overflowing trash cans and dirt on the floor. The bathroom in the pool area has been overflowing with garbage and out of towels our whole stay. Our room was never cleaned, despite their claim that they would clean it on the 3rd day. Dont be fooled by the pictures, this place is a dump. There was garbage blowing all over the grounds, the door lock was ripped off the frame so anyone could walk in at any time. Theres random boxes laying all over the place, the pool had all kinds of dirt in it, the whirlpool....it worked but all the nozzles are missing so it just blew water all over the place. Paid almost 800 dollars for 3 nights. I feel I could have had a better time at a worse hotel for half the price. Huge let down.
