Disgusting to say the least. When I first arrived the front desk lady was very sweet but the manager Raj or whatever his name is, should not be allowed to run a hotel. Rude and inconsiderate. I received a room and it was not made bed sheets were crumpled up and thrown on the chair. I went down to request a new room. They didn't have one available so I went to go eat. Not worth any of the money saved compared to another hotel. See room and other details. Booked and checked in online and it said I could respond to the text with any questions but still haven't gotten a response from over 12 hours ago. Couldn't answer the "describe the hotel" section because the options were all positive and none of the those applied. Stayed one night and we joked we might as well have slept in the car. Decent location but I would've rather spent the extra $50 to stay somewhere else, even for one night.
The room we stayed in was on the first floor. Room was cozy. Price was great. Pet 🐱Friendly which is always a plus. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They accomidated us, as my daughter is in a wheelchair. Everything was pretty accessible!
