I called before booking to make sure the hot tub was working and they said it was. I get there and it's freezing cold. I would have never gone here if I'd known it was out of order and the front desk clearly shouldn't be working there since they're a bunch of liers. Do not come here!
This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. To start, I reserved our room weeks in advance. We checked in late at night, around 1:30 AM, after a long travel day (a 3-hour flight and an hour drive). When we arrived and were given our room key, we walked in to find another guest already staying in the room. The front desk apologized and moved us to a suite with a king bed, which they said was an upgrade — and while appreciated, things only went downhill from there.
