Only 4 stars because of Kerry's phone attitude. She proceeded to tell me more than once she emailed me last week and how they've been ready for almost 2 weeks now. I ended up apologizing to her she seemed so inconvenienced by me not picking up my order.
Great job
Have dealt with them for over 30 years. Had an issue with keys for a case (I misplaced them) and spoke to Hana about it. She promptly sent me a new set and refused to take payment for them. This type of customer service is unheard of these days. My hat’s off to you Americase. Just wish you would build gun cases again!
