Dan was very professional and knowledgeable in handling what ended up being squirrels in our barn soffits. He provided excellent communication throughout the process. The other tech who came on a weekend to check the trap was very professional as well. Chris was very patient in developing a solution to shore up construction and prevent future access. He worked very hard to use our excess metal to make everything match the barn. The result is functional and looks great!
I am so impressed with this team! We encountered a flying squirrel in our bathroom and after 15 calls to other places, Drew offered to come out to help us even though they were very busy that day. Ryan and Dan came back to set traps and complete an inspection and then remove traps and cover entry points the following week. An absolute team of very kind professionals. They will be my first call if I have another need!
Amazing customer service! They were very thorough with the inspection and great with explaining all the issues that we needed to fix.
I called and two very informative gentlemen took care of the issue I had (bat in the house 😳). Answered all my questions, explained different options as far as taking care of the problem long term. As a nervous on edge customer they made me feel safe. Thanks appreciate it 😊
The Company did a fantastic job coming out and setting traps, had so many catches just within the first couple days! Would highly recommend!
