Completely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely incompetent and unable run a business properly. I gave him 1 star only because zero wasn't an option. Took my plow truck there to have transmission fixed. After "fixing what was wrong" and using "heavy duty parts for plowing" the truck did exactly the same thing it was brought it for. Suddenly it had a "bad computer" and needed replaced. Got it back and drove it approx 2600 miles before parking it in April, for the off-season (6 months). This establishment of a “business” is far from what anyone should have to go through. The owner of the shop “repaired” my transmission and claims he built it up. Within 5 months it was back in his shop and since it was warranty work he took almost 5 weeks to get the truck back to me. After picking up my truck from him I now have 5 more issues because of his work. Check engine light, leaking fluids and other electrical issues with my truck. He told me a week to rebuild my transmission a week became 2 when I called to check on it I was treated nasty rude and was told better paying customers came first give him another week then 3 then 4 when I called again he was even more nasty said deal with it or come get your truck I went to get it and my transmission was in pieces in a box in the back. keys on seat
