I sold a lot and Petra was the closing agent in Englewood. The purchase contract had the buyer paying the title insurance and the closing statement I signed and FedEx back reflected the contract. Yet when my proceeds check and closing statement was mailed to me it was changed and I was charged the title insurance. I brought this to Petra's attention, and since they never charged the buyer the title insurance instead of the closing company eating the costs they decided it was my responsibility. I was the one following up on everything, never received a call from the agents ( not even the initial "hello my name is ---- " ). Closed over a week past the original closing date after I had to followup because no one seemed to care and give me a call. Not doing business again here.
This title company is extremely unprofessional, I have multiple emails I’ve sent that have been unanswered, When I called I was placed on hold and the person to the phone was extremely rude and eventually hung up on me because I got tired of me holding for a manager I assume. When I finally spoke to whine they say was the manager He was unhelpful , vague I did not seem to care at all about the situation.
