I accidentally booked and came in for my appointment on the wrong day, and even though I said I could come at another time, Isaiah was very accommodating and helpful and was able to squeeze me in. I like the text confirmations and notifications that my car was ready. Fast and friendly service, definitely recommend.
Got some new kicks on the VW today. Can't say enough good things about Discount Tire. Superb service in every way!!!
I’ve come here for years for the price, quality and excellent service.
Have to admit, I didn't have high hopes--I'd shopped in large part on price. But the folks knew what they were talking about and most important, when things went wrong (not all the promised tires were in stock) they made it right in a proactive, responsible way. One sticking point: After the service, the clerk told me an alignment--which the shop doesn't do--"wasn't necessary." It very much was in my case, and most straightforwardness would be appreciated in this regard. But overall I'm impressed, and would recommend.
I've been going to Discount Tire for more than 30 years. When I moved up to Oregon 5 years ago I had to find a new location. I went to Discount Tire here in Clackamas and spoke with David O'Donohue and was great to work with. He has been taking care of me and my family's cars. It's over a 30 minute drive for me to get here, I get the best service out there, I come to Discount Tire here in Clackamas off Sunnyside. Ask for David O'Donohue! 8-11-26 Update.
