Have to admit, I didn't have high hopes--I'd shopped in large part on price. But the folks knew what they were talking about and most important, when things went wrong (not all the promised tires were in stock) they made it right in a proactive, responsible way. I'm impressed, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
I only wanted one tire turned out I needed two tires so what the hell I just got four. Almost called costed me a grand, so it was a little pricey, but with the rainy season coming off and on and up here in Oregon it’s it’s a must great service though.
All my experiences with Discount Tire have been great, and this particular location on Harmony and 82nd has really exceptional customer service. Eric P. has helped me before and I was lucky to have his assistance again. Super polite, professional, personable, and knowledgeable! Nice tires, looking forward to driving on them.
I had a 3:00 pm appointment, just wanted to get my tire repaired had a nail in it. At 3:45 pm I asked when my car was going to be pulled in to repaired tire. Was told 5 more minutes. That time passed. I again asked told them I had to be in Oregon city to pick up grandkids at 5pm. Did I mention that I had an appointment for 3pm.
