Gave me a good deal on a set of four used tires and when I noticed some minor shaking while driving at high speeds, promptly and politely fixed the issue for free. Great customer service! EDIT: Came back AGAIN as my car started to shake a lot more at highway speeds. turns out I needed an alignment as the inner rear wheels had worn down to the steel belt (nobody told me I needed an alignment, not even after the first time coming in due to shaking).
