Worst experience I’ve ever had with an owner/operator. Took my car in, waited while they removed the tires to get measurements. Got a quote and paid for a new tire $660. He ordered me the wrong wheel And has been extremely unreliable and inconsistent with responses since. I have yet to get a refund despite calling in countless times and hearing over and over that he would handle it. This happened in June. Almost 5 months ago.
