Dereck has grate customer service and took the time to ensure my vehicle was up to par.
Had to stop over and get an alignment for my Tesla Model Y Perf, after getting 2 new rear tires from an America’s Tire in Sacramento the day before and my car was shaking violently after 70. The wait was long it took almost 3 hrs. After 2 weeks of driving now, I’m inspecting the tires and notice that my front tire and back tire is swapped.. this is particularly bad because the back tires are a different size than the front ones.. they had mixed them up before the alignment. I didn’t have the key to get my rims off my mini Cooper. They found a key. They were amazing to me. My husband had a stroke and was in the hospital and they were so kind to me so helpful. Chris was amazing. He got me a spare key for my rims and he just made me feel so special and start taking care of. Definitely recommend them. Don’t hesitate to come here.
