I visited this America’s Tire location Nov 11 around 1:25 PM. The employee Julian came out to inspect my tires and refused to install them, claiming that the existing patch was in an “unsafe location.” However, the patch is clearly within the tread area, about an inch away from the sidewall — well within the safe zone for repair according to standard tire repair guidelines. great service, I love this place
Caught a screw in my tire and luckily, I was nearby. They assisted me with a warranty on the tires which I had actually purchased previously. Then, they got me a brand new tire, whole trip took about an hour.
