I came in for an appt to put tires on my truck. There was an issue in their system and the tires didn’t show up in time. The manager Tyrone drove an hour to their distributor to pick up my tires and make it right. Turned a tough experience into a great one
Worst experience ever. They do not honor appointments and take no accountability for having customers wait over an hour and a half after their scheduled appointment. Didn’t have the decency to come and explain that they were running late and offer to reschedule. When approached about the situation I was then asked with a bad attitude so what do I want to do wait or make another Appointment. Go figure. Will NOT be returning again.
