This review is for this specific location only. I went in about a month ago, before embarking on an out-of-state road trip, to have my tires rotated. Unfortunately, they broke a lug nut stud, and I drove cross-country without knowing it. When it was time for another tire rotation, the Modesto Standiford location noticed the issue. Wouldn’t go back to this location. Broke the TPMS sensor and won’t own up to it, charged me for an alignment without asking my consent which they should have because my car cant even be aligned due to a welding job from a previous accident so when they attempted to align it, they messed the alignment up even more. Did not keep their word about warranty either. Took all my tires even though the tread was FINE on them. Wouldn’t service my flat tire unless I got all tires replaced. Can’t say enough about the timeliness, professionalism, and overall moral compass of this location. Every team member played a role in making my experience top notch. Had a slow leak in my tire (screw puncture). Instead of trying to nickel and dime me for new tires, the crew let me know a simple patch would repair the issue and they would have me in and out in under 30 minutes (at no cost).
