I have been a long-time customer and set an appointment for the installation of new tires. I arrived and confirmed with the staff they would be able to start the installation at my scheduled appointment time. They agreed but my truck sat in the parking lot for an hour after my appointment time slot and before starting the work. After they installed the tires, my truck sat for at least another 20 minutes before letting me know the work was completed and I received the text at that same time.
