I ordered some Defenders 2 tires over a week and a half ago, with my appointment, it was my first appointment at 8a.m.none of the employees ordered them I called in the middle of the week to ask them are my tires their the guy said their ready for you. I go to my appointment today they never ordered them what a bunch of liers I'll never go their again. (no stars given)I was piss!
took my car there to get serviced because one of my tires kept losing air pressure due to a slow leak. i was told that i needed to purchase a new tire because the leak was in a spot that was unrepairable. i had to cancel the replacement last minute and took my car to les schwab because that’s where my warranty was after all and they were able to fix it in just a few minutes. i was charged almost $200 for a new tire that i didn’t even need despite the staff here telling me i did. i don’t understand how america’s tires can say... read more
Emerrill greeted me immediately upon entering the store. Walked me right back out to troubleshoot the nails in my tire and tell me best-case to worst-case scenario, and also my options for repair. Telling him my preferences, he was able to get my tire repaired and I was back on the road in time for work. Wonderful customer service, sir! Hope the rest of your week is lovely!
Had a horrible experience at this location. Americas Tires overall is a great company but felt like I was getting screwed by the reps at this location that were “helping me”.
