Had a great experience at America’s Tire in Coachella. Jaime provided excellent customer service and helped me get the right tires for my BMW M4. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process smooth and easy. The car feels great and the service was fast. Definitely recommend asking for Jaime if you need tires.
I called previous to take my car about money tires. They quoted me $25 never stipulated a difference or an extra charge. When my son showed up a young kid 17 years old they tried to take advantage of him by telling him he needed an alignment and trying to charge him $35-$45 a tire versus the $25 original quoted when I spoke to the manager, he was very rude and started to badmouth other shops saying they were unprofessional and didn’t have professional equipment. Came to Americas tires to fill air and ended up getting the tires rotated, inspected and rebalanced along with info on my current tire tread and remaining life of my tire, leaving with peace knowing my car will be running smooth thanks to Albert at Americas Tires! I took my 2024 Toyota 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium to America’s Tire in Coachella for a wheel alignment. Immediately after the service, my dashboard displayed multiple safety system warnings including Pre-Collision System malfunction, traction control, master warning, and cruise control malfunction. The technician and service writer both stated the warning lights would “self erase in about 15 minutes.” They did not.
