Worst management. My appointment was for 1pm. I checked in at 12:34pm. Then I sat and waited for my vehicle to be finished and went outside because they said it should be finished. Saw them forcing my lugs on. Immediately knew something was wrong. I will also like to note that the manager was not seen at all during my visit of over 2 hours prior to the incident. I had 2 new tires put on my car At Americas Tire Coachella, Christian was my service man the tire was not available but I did order an extra tire so I was able to attend previous appointments. He was good, but I hope that they always try to keep the customer abreast of what is happening during visits
