I’ve been to many tire and this one ranks at the top. Joshua the manager was very helpful and has first rate employees. I was visiting from out town and need work done quickly. After two other tire stores said they couldn’t help me I ended up at Joshua’s store and was told they would have the work done as quickly as possible. I don’t leave reviews but this store deserves my time to write a review. I highly recommend American Tire in Norwalk, Ca!

I had called Joaquin and asked about looking up my account to find out if my tire was in stock as I was driving to their location. After he had advised me that the tire was there helped me set up an appointment before I got there which helped the wait time. I thought this was amazing customer service above and beyond for today’s standards. I have always had a good experience with America’s Tires and was glad to see this standard has carries on to each location.
