Extremely poor service and completely disorganized I have now been waiting over 2½ hours for tire service. I initially waited about 1½ hours after getting into the queue. When I finally complained, an employee looked up my name and couldn't even find me in their system. He apologized and told me, “I will take care of you.” I paid and waited another 30 minutes. Guys here are really nice, will take care of any tire and wheel needs you have without any issues. Highly recommend them.
Third time running, same issue for TP check they keep you waiting there for thirty minutes no one wants to acknowledge they wil serve you; instead they should remove the TP machine. They should also train the teenagers on customer service greatly important indeed: the teen pictured below is very unprofessional just pretending to be very busy indeed. very unfortunate for such a tyre shop knowing how other branches are very efficient & knowledgeable on customer service.
