Omar helped me out and was very nice and helpful. The workers are very nice and their service is amazing!!!
TLDR: Exceptional customer service, quick turnaround, lots of tire options. We were on our way home from Los Angeles and popped a tire out on highway 101. The ONLY business that cares about their customers not the money they make
Omar and the guys at this American tire location were really fantastic. Really on their game. They were very personable, had great communication skills and went out of their way to make sure that I was taken care of. Rather than treating this as the legitimate issue it was, Jose was condescending throughout, explaining basic details to me as if I couldn't understand them, and frami... read more
