They are honest, respectful, professional. I’ve bought tires there for several years now. They have a great selection of tires in all price ranges. I recommend getting the optional insurance pkg. it paid off handsomely for me a couple times already!
I had a terrible experience at the Palmdale store. I took a wheel to have my tire changed which I supplied. I realized it was really odd that they were taking so long to change one wheel. When one of the techs came rolling with my wheel I was glad especially when he insisted to take the wheel to my car. We put the wheel int he back of my SUV, but to my surprise when I got home I carried the wheel out of my vehicle I realized that they used a wire wheel to remove the existing balancing magnet causing ugly, I mean very ugly sc... read more
