My scheduled appointment for a free rotation and check saved a lot of time and was easy to make. Service reps were professional, my truck was taken into the service bay, and the crew delivered it back to me way ahead of schedule and with complete satisfaction. Great staff and crews have always been our experience.
I’ve been a customer of America’s Tires for 25 years. America’s Tire used to care about customers. Now the service is abysmal. 10 min to get pre-checked, 20 min wait to actually get checked in. I had a flat but because I didn’t have “an appointment” another 2.5 hour wait. America’s Tire used to help repair flats immediately because you can’t plan them and it only takes 15 minutes to plug. This location replaced a tire on my 2021 Prius in 2025 that had been under warranty but in the process did not return my spare!! Fantastic as I did not notice til the next flat I got, in the desert, after business hours(of course) nearly a year later!!! Stranded by this company that has always taken care of me! I am hoping this was just a bone headed mistake! But it has been a huge inconvenience! This location is on my list of “never go to again”! As a Rideshare driver this isn’t acceptable service.
My family has used America's tires for years, but after getting new tires in April and being so bombarded with them trying to upsell me on literally everything, I was exhausted! It used to be a very easy and pleasant transaction there, but now I hope I don't have to go back for several years!
