Fantastic customer service. Communication was clear and timely. The team was friendly, respectful, and never pushy. Busy shop in general. Best to schedule an appointment online to avoid longer than needed wait time.

had a 9am appointment, showed up at 8:45, was told to take a seat. the next customer to walk in gets helped right away while I'm waiting to be helped. After I complained at 9:15, I was told "I was accidentally overlooked." I even used the text messaging service to check in prior to arrival as instructed. What's the point of making an appointment if I have to sit and be ignored?

Outstanding performance by the team. My wife had to be towed in near closing time and this team assessed and replaced two tires before a ride could get there to pick her up. Great job!!!

I went in for unexpected tire replacement during jury duty and Nolan was amazing in trying to help me. Unfortunately, my car wasn’t able to get fixed by the time I needed to return, but when I did return back to the shop, my vehicle was ready. Ward assisted me in the checking out and with the assistance of Nolan they went above and beyond to ensure i left happy. Thank you!!

I'm only updating my review because when I called America's Tire customer service she was able to help tremendously. She took the time to listen even apologize for my experience at the store and was able to pull up the invoices that the customer service rep could not. They also did complete the service on time which I greatly appreciated. I do NOT appreciate waiting in line to be helped only to have the rep take other calls and help them right in front of me!
