Don’t go here ! Sat at the air check for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment literally watched guys look at my car and start another task definitely don’t recommend
I figured going to a full service tire shop they would place my spare tire back in its storage area after installing my new tire. They didn’t. Unfortunately, I noticed it too late, I had already driven a few miles away and heard the tire moving around in my trunk. There was nothing blocking the tire compartment, and if there was, simple communication would’ve resolved this issue. Don't think about it twice THIS IS THE SPOT ! Always respectful always attentive always pretty quick love this spot.
Great shop for tires and alignment, I had an issue with the rear tires and they went above and beyond to fix the issue. I’ve bought multiple sets of tires and they have good prices and are fast. The best thing is they don’t try to upsell, they help the customer get what they need.
Lame! Guy did not communicate to me that my tire was not repairable, and that a new unit was being ordered under my service warranty. When I inquired, another guy had to step in for him, because he began babbling incoherently. He somewhat rectified the situation. Approximately 2 hrs fettered away. Make sure to inquire with the people in the lobby on a regular basis to avoid your time being wasted. The location on Hemlock is better. The location in Hemet did a superb job of customer service as well.
