Great, friendly customer service! I came in to get my tires checked and air added, and Jesus S. made the whole experience easy from start to finish. He helped schedule my appointment, explained everything clearly, and thoroughly checked my tires for any damage. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. Highly recommend!
Went to get my 4 tires replaced. Turns out the tires online where the wrong ones and they explained the ones that do fit and the differences. Learned a good amount and ended up paying less in total. Worked out in the end. Wheel alignment corrected small issue. Will definently go here to replace future tires.
This place is a joke. I put online what tires I wanted/needed. Made an appointment, drive 30 miles, show up on time, just for the people to say they didn't have them in stock. It's pretty ridiculous to not receive a phone call or a text/email that they aren't in stock. If you are going to use this place sure you call them and do all the work, this place doesn't know what customer service is.
I am really disappointed with this place. I used to like it because they offered a good guarantee for my tires, but the service has been incredibly frustrating. I had a bad experience here; it seems like they have inexperienced high school staff working on cars, and they lack the necessary knowledge. One employee didn't know which socket to use for my tire, resulting in damaged lug nuts. They had to walk to Home Depot to buy the correct socket, and I ended up having to buy a set of lug nuts without any discount. The managers... read more
