Service writer John S. was very helpful in giving me options regarding my flat tire. Unfortunately, the nail pierced the sidewall and the tire needed to be replaced. John gave me a fair adjustment value for the damaged tire towards the replacement. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
Pre-ordered my tires online and set an appointment. When I arrived, Ruben greeted me write away right next to a 'Welcome' sign. Took care of everything efficiently and with a friendly demeanor. Just a really pleasant experience.

Booked a tire rotation online the same day. Arrived about 15 minutes and had a few customers ahead of me. My appointment was confirmed and I was checked in. Was told it would be about 45 minutes. It only took 30 minutes! John was my service rep. GREAT SERVICE!
