Have been using America’s tire for over 5 years. Service is great from flat repair, tire rotation and air pressure check. The latest set of tires I got I included the warranty and I needed to use it a few months later because of a screw in sidewall. No hesitation got a replacement for free and back on road in less than 30 minutes. Awesome service.
Eric and Frankie refused to rotate my tires despite having measurements that indicate the tire still has plenty of life left in them. They are just interested in selling new tires, and not honoring the services that they promise – like rotating your tires when you purchase through them. Another corporate money grab, go to the Tire Store instead where there are real people that will work with you and not prioritize a sales commision.
Once again, Americas Tire Company does not disappoint. Great experience with excellent support from Eric on selecting the right tire for me and great service from the tech that did the work (apologies for not recalling his name). This company consistently provides great support and good pricing. Highly recommend.
Joel and Dylan are awesome. Very good professionals who took the time to thoroughly check my car for safety and ensure it’s good to drive, especially with the amount I’m on the road. They noticed the valve stem was broken and helped get everything taken care of. This is a very good store — very organized and very helpful. Truly appreciate the attention to detail and support.
