Excellent customer service, I came in because I needed some new tires, right away I was greeted buy Gabriel he was awesome! He knew exactly what i needed. showed me all the options and made sure I was satisfied. I was in and out in 35 minutes! They were quick I highly recommend this store, and I will be telling my family and friends this is the place to go. Thank you Gabriel
Pro: As extensive travellers, we appreciate having nationwide locations, great prices and helpful staff. Con: For this interaction, we experienced several technician misses that were not disclosed. Pro: Great resolution. We apprecate the support that the management team provided. We just should have never been put in that position.
I’m beyond frustrated with the lack of basic accountability here. I originally went to the Santa Maria location for new rims and tires, but after three weeks and me constantly calling them to check in, they managed to "lose" the order. I figured I’d give the SLO shop a shot instead. They seemed more on top of it at first—got a solid deal and even called the manufacturer to confirm they had the stock. Worse experience in my 20years of taking my fleet to any american tire... you can't back out a 1/2ton truck without breaking the mirror common.. slow the hell down use your mirrors to back out.
I have been purchasing tires from America's Tire forever. I will not go elsewhere. There stores are uniformly excellent.
