My Model Y had a slow leak in one of my tires took me in without an appointment was out in half an hour. Great service and cost nothing paid to have tires insured when I first bought my car.
Despite making an online appointment walk-in customers were serviced first, even though I had checked in both that I was on my way and that I had arrived. I called the store after I waited in line for 20 minutes following my check in to see if there was another way and was told no, just come in the store and wait in line. They balanced my bigass 37-inch mud tires and it rides like a Cadillac. I asked for the road force balance and they didn’t hesitate. They just did it and made it awesome. Some places don’t want to expend the extra effort so they fight you on it. These guys just did the road force deal and now my ride quality is amazing. Also, don’t make fun of my gray OEM steelies. I have those because I’m hard on stuff and don’t deserve nice things.
Was on a family road trip and on a tight schedule. My front 2 tire threads were really worn out and my low tire pressure turned on. Made an appointment and got my tires replaced within 10 minutes of checking in! Amazing! Would recommend to my family and friends!
Had a low pressure indicator in my car.. because I purchased my tires from America's Tires, I called them and they were able to find a screw that was in the tire. Plug it up and did it with such promptness and kindness it is always a pleasure to go to this business. Great job guys, another happy customer served.
