I came in this morning for a flat repair. At 9am, I was told my car would be ready by 11am. At 10:45am, I noticed my car was still in the lot. I asked the status and was told “about an hour”. I was also told that some odd things had come up with other cars. At 11:25am, my car hadn’t moved. I inquired again and was told they really weren’t sure when my car would be done and that I could leave the tire and come back later. I said I had another appointment at Noon so that wasn’t going to work and was given the cold shoulder. I ... read more
They locked my tranny. Joe the manager was helpful the other manager was a complete a**hole. One of the employees said he had a tool kit he would let me use to fix it. The manager (not joe) said he would have to wait till after his shift to grab it from his car. Spend about an hour crawling under my car fixing it. Finished before the guys shift was over. TLDR broke my car made me fix it in the parking lot.
**ALWAYS A GOOD EXPERIENCE** If you need tires or tire repairs, etc, go here! I have never had a bad experience here. I’m always well taken care of and, especially if you make an appointment, they work quickly. In and out in an hour or less. The staff is very friendly, accommodating and efficient. Thank you to Ryan, Moses and all of the other hardworking guys that made for an effortless and smooth experience this morning!
This place always exceeds my expectations every time I visit. I will always come here for my tire needs.
Prices are great but the wait time is ridiculous. The merchandise is reputable
