Haven't visited this location in over two years, and the quality of service has significantly declined. I watched the team work on my truck, and it's clear they require better guidance/ supervision. To add insult to injury the managers were extremely unprofessional, standing around talking amongst themselves while the crew struggled with my vehicle. Be prepared for a long wait.
Super slow wait times. Had an appointment at 3 and it’s 320 and still haven’t talked to anybody. Terrible service.
Extremely impressed by PATRICK’s customer service. He was helpful and kind throughout my visit. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the process easy and stress-free. You can tell he GENUINELY cares about helping customers, not just making a sale. They helped me find tires at a reasonable price when the original ones weren’t available and still honored the original price for a comparable set, which I really appreciated.
