Terrible customer service and queue management. I arrived at 8 AM and waited about 40 minutes just to check in. I personally heard a manager tell an employee to “take the walk-in next,” but the employee ignored him and called someone from the appointment line instead. I asked for a driver rear patch and they cross rotated a directional tire. I checked and found the nail is still in the same spot so they did no repair. Check your tires after they service it because this is the second time something like this happened. EDIT: To clarify for this branch, the technician rotated the front tires to the rear but crossed the two front ones. Called a week ago after purchasing 1100 tires..& was told if I had a problem with a tire it could be fixed as I paid for tires & some warranty program. However i have been calling since last week ..& they just keep putting me on hold & never returning.Im extremely disappointed n upset after spending 1100 on tires to just get pushed aside n ignored. Their main go to excuse every time you want to fix a flat or anything is that “it’s to close to the edge”. The flat is literally 3-4 inches from the edge of the tire. They will make any excuse to get you to buy a tire.
