A couple of problems with this place. 1. “Appointment” means getting here on time and then standing in the appointment line for 20 minutes to an hour. This happened twice. 2. I brought my car in one of these appointments to check for a slow leak. The leaking tire is about 3 PSI lower than the rest. They pumped it up and said the tire is fine. I had tires installed at this location. Before the service, my vehicle’s OEM wheels were undamaged, and no pre-existing wheel damage was noted on the work order. Immediately after the tire installation, I found damage on two wheels along the outer rim lip near the tire bead area. I opened a claim, but it was denied as “curb/road rash” based on photos, without being provided any pre-service photos, intake notes, or work order documentation showing that the damage existed before the service. I scheduled a tire rotation at America's Tire on April 11, 2026, and waited over two hours for the service. When I picked up my car, it was still parked in the exact same spot where I had left it. I waited in the store the entire time and never saw my vehicle moved into the service area, which made me question whether the tire rotation was actually performed. My sister came down from Rocklin,CA Her tires had the wire poking out. She has a high end car and she needed special tires. We tried all over Hayward and Union City areas and found nothing until we called America's Tire in Union City. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for any tire needs you may have. I suggest that if you can, make an appointment because this place gets busy.
