This store deserves great review. Staff are courteous and professional, and they are very honest with their service. I brought my car in with a leaking tire, and was ready to get sold a new tire but despite me already given them permission to swap out the tire in event it's not fixable, they fixed it and did tire rotation all for free. Woke up early and got in line at America's Tire with no appointment because one of my tires was damaged. It was my first time here, and I was surprised by how quickly the line filled up. The store is huge, very clean, and seemed to have plenty of employees working. Great experience at America's Tire in Fremont. The staff were professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I had a puncture in my tire, and the manager said it could not be repaired because the nail was in the sidewall. The tire is 80k miles Micheline tire with roughly 20K miles on it. Manager also strongly recommended that I replace all the tires, claiming the tire was unsafe to drive on. However, I went to a local shop, and they repaired the tire for $15. The whole process took two visits and about 1.5 hours of waiting each time. In the future, I’ll buy new tires from the local shop to avoid this kind of hassle.
