I am a customer at America’s tire. I dropped my car off today for a leaky tire. They said it would be 2 hours. They never called and your store closed. I went down there and my car is in the parking lot. I have a spare key thank goodness, but I have never experienced such carelessness. They are closed on Sunday, so I could’ve potentially had no car for 2 days. I will never return.
Don't show up without a appointment, after 3 hours of waiting they tell me we are booked up for appointments and walk in just get in line. If I had that information I would have made a appointment and come back another day. I don't even know if they will get to my truck they close in 2.5 hours.

they tell you they will get you right in, but you sit and sit. 2 hours and still sitting. They take your payment up front so you're stuck. used to be really good, now they run like DMV.
