I have been going here to get my tires for as long as I can remember. Very friendly , helpful, and I love that they have the drive up service to check the air in your tires at any time. Their warranties are great.Their service is great,.Dave is the nicest manager. He will go above and beyond to help you get what you need. He helped locate and match little crowns on one of my rims when I lost one ! So kind!
I have had nothing but great experiences every single time I come here - for flat tires, tire pressure checks, new tires, etc. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly. They make it quick and easy and I always feel like they genuinely want to take good care of me. The assistant manager James went above and beyond to get me a good deal on my Tesla tires. I’ve been coming to America’s Tire in Vacaville for years and every visit reminds me why it’s my top choice for tire service. Most recently, I brought in my daughter’s car for a TPMS sensor issue. Eric’s customer service was on point. He helped us out with getting our tire taken care of while we were visiting from out of town. He was very patient even when my mom cut him off when he was in the middle of explaining how the tire warranty works. While it was pretty busy the estimated wait time was accurate and we were able to get back on the road way quicker than originally expected.
