I have been going to Americas Tire for years. They have great service and staff is amazing.
If I could give them more stars, I would. They were professional, efficient, and kind. I was traveling from out if town when I got a nail in my tire; needless to say I was stressed out about it. Even though they close at 6p, they take customers up to 6p and work on the vehicles until its complete. I was happy to wait until 7p for my tire repair. They patched it up and sent me on my way within an hour and 15 mins of checking in, even though the place was packed. I was most grateful for the clear communication on expectations ... read more

Excellent service and work
Pretty sucky experience. Called to check on an item and was put on hold. It automatically transferred back to Nicholas and he asked what I needed help with after I was told by him that he is checking on my item lol. I showed up while on hold & he was greating people, like me while in hold with Cell to my shoulder, WHILE I WAS ON HOLD. Pasadena America's Discount sux.
