Great customer service by Damian at the Murrieta store! Called in and ordered my tires on a Monday, got a text and email that my tires arrived. Scheduled an appointment to come Tuesday late afternoon. Was told 45min wait time, and was in and out in 45 mins. Awesome service.

I have been coming here for over 25 years, and always the same great, consistent service.
Took my van in for a spare tire change. Tire tech man starts unloading my service van to get to spare tire underneath rear of vehicle. No clue you use a rod to lower spare tire. I noticed this and immediately stopped him. I ask him, “what are you doing” he says trying to figure out how to get spare tire out from under vehicle. Who trains these clowns here? Then Tom comes over to defend his pathetic employees. Totally I except able how a manager will go to bat for an employee who has no clue.
