I bought a full set of tires and a spare online to take advantage of the Labor Day sale. The pricing and availablity was excellent. My appointment to get my tires put on was scheduled online during checkout. The tire service was quick and efficient. Drew took great care of me and my car. Cedric provided additional support. The gentlemen in the garage are top notch. The entire team is very knowledgeable, polite, and reliable. It was an all around great experience. I highly recommend America's Tire.

Great place been going here for many years and bought all my tires from a trucks to suv and cars I’ve owned and they been good to me since day one thanks to all staff specially Michael and Roberto

USUALLY this place is a 10/10 and everyone has a bad day, but they had a bad day Friday the 4th. My 12:15 appointment which I arrived early to, turned into a 12:40 appointment and it took 20 minutes to even get to the rep due to the line. Then, they supposedly rotated and balanced 4 tires in a total time of 9 minutes. I find that almost impossible to believe but I did not observe the work so can't say surely one way or the other but they claim they did. I hope this was a one time fluke and this shop doesn't go to heck.

Employees are always super helpful and friendly. But the appointment system is a joke. Don’t offer appointments if you can’t manage them. Have purchased tires for my vehicles so had the balance and rotation done, unfortunately the tires were off balance so scheduled another appointment to have it rebalanced. Arrived at my scheduled appointment time and was told the balance would take 2 hours to complete. Either push your walk ins and handle your appointments or don’t offer appointments.
