Busy place, make an appointment.
I needed four tires for my vehicle. I entered the store at 10:05 AM. There was one gentleman ahead of me. It took 15 minutes to help him and nobody greeted me at any point. There were plenty of workers behind the registers. I simply walked out. Absolutely awful customer service. Follow up: Then I get contacted from a customer service rep, which I appreciate. I pulled up to the free air check with my son, and not a single employee came out to greet us or offer assistance. After waiting, I sent my son inside to politely ask for help. The staff was incredibly rude to him and just snapped that they would help "in a minute." Long story short, we sat there waiting for another 20 minutes and nobody ever showed up, so we finally just left. Don't even try elsewhere. America Tire always has you prepared. You have the tires they have stored. Always my first choice. Integrity and efficiency. The experience in service has much improved.
