I came here this morning because there was a basil in my tire and I purchased my tires from them. I knew that they would be covered to repair. I was told that I did not need an appointment. I spoke with a person less than 5 mins walking in. He checked out my vehicle and told me that it would be taken care of within 45 mins. I had 3 ppl on front of me. I would suggest you go very early when they open at 8 am if you do not have an appt. They took care of my tire.
I wouldn't get my tires done anywhere else. America's tire IS THE BEST!!!

I needed four tires for my vehicle. I entered the store at 10:05 AM. There was one gentleman ahead of me. It took 15 minutes to help him and nobody greeted me at any point. There were plenty of workers behind the registers. I simply walked out. Absolutely awful customer service. Follow up: Then I get contacted from a customer service rep, which I appreciate. I pulled up to the free air check with my son, and not a single employee came out to greet us or offer assistance. After waiting, I sent my son inside to politely ask for help. The staff was incredibly rude to him and just snapped that they would help "in a minute." Long story short, we sat there waiting for another 20 minutes and nobody ever showed up, so we finally just left.
