Only want to sell tires. – I went to America's Tire Company in Roseville for the first time this weekend. They happen to be near my gym and I just needed a repair (nail removed from my tire). Although I need tires soon, I was not prepared to buy new tires this weekend. However, that was their only agenda. I was told over and over about the sale. Great! Great Service, Bad taste in mouth... I recently purchased 4 yoko 520's for an out of door price of 430$. This price is better than other businesses I called with similar products. The level of service was very personable and direct.

The level of service was very personable and direct. I found, however, that I was not asked about the optional "limited warranty certificates" which including tax and such totaled a little over 60$, or more than 15% of the total purchase price. Not the lowest price or the quickest service – I called to get a price on a couple tires and was given a price and told it would be six days before they would have my tires in stock (in all fairness, one of those days was Christmas). I was told if I found a better price, they would beat it. I then called Rich's Tire Barn in Roseville (where Ive done business before) and was quoted a lower price and they said the could have the tires today and install them today. They fix your tire for free When I found a nail in my tire, I asked my husband where to take my car. He told me to take it to Americas Tire because they fixed it for free. It sure was TRUE! They didn't try to sell anything. Just took my car in, took out a nail, patched a tire, and gave me $0 invoice. Thank you so much!! I will by my next tires from them for sure.
